Do you have a Cancellation Policy?

In an event that you need to reschedule or cancel I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please know that I charge a 50% cancellation fee for late cancellations and no shows. In the case of an emergency or in case you are sick please let me know and I can consider an exception, your health and well-being is important to me as well as keeping our community safe. 

What are you doing to protect clients from Covid 19?

All surfaces will be disinfected between each client with a hospital grade disinfectant. Not limited to but including: Chair, stylist tools, payment machine, and sink.

What’s Parking like?

Please allow yourself a few minutes to find parking. At the moment we do not have parking enforcement in the City of Langford. For peace of mind there is parking behind Fairway Markets off Goldstream and parking near the Larkhall roundabout. There is limited parking along Peatt Rd.
